How do I cancel my subscription?

Sign in as the company owner, open Account & billing on the dashboard, and use the in-app Cancel subscription button. One click, no confirm screen. The page immediately shows Canceled. Access continues until <end date ET>. Training and records stay available until that date. Click Undo / Resume (one click) if you change your mind before the end date.

The Stripe billing portal is for card / payment-method updates and invoices only — subscription cancel was removed from the portal.

What does $299/year cover?

Up to 50 employee seats for claimed jurisdictions: New York State, New York City, Illinois, and City of Chicago. Card required at signup.
